how we can help
Naturopathy in Sandgate Brisbane
Whole-Person Naturopathic Approach to Health
At Psychology Health Studios, our naturopathic approach combines evidence-informed care with a whole-person understanding of health and wellbeing.
We support people experiencing concerns relating to gut health, hormones, stress, fatigue, sleep, mood, nervous system regulation and ongoing symptoms that may leave them feeling overwhelmed, unheard or unsure where to turn next.
Located in Sandgate, Brisbane’s bayside north, we offer a warm and collaborative clinic environment integrating naturopathy, nutrition, kinesiology and psychology.
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic healthcare approach that combines nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, lifestyle support and functional testing to better understand and support the body as a connected system.
Rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, naturopathy considers areas such as digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition, nervous system regulation and environmental influences that may impact overall wellbeing.
At Psychology Health Studios, our approach is grounded, collaborative and evidence-informed, with recommendations tailored to each individual and their goals.

- DNA testing
- Nutritional assessments
Testing is always considered within the broader context of the individual, alongside symptoms, lifestyle, stress, emotional wellbeing and health history.
An Integrated Approach to Health
Psychology Health Studios was created from a belief that health is rarely isolated to just one body system or one life experience.
Our clinic integrates psychology, naturopathy, nutrition and kinesiology within a collaborative healthcare environment that values whole-person care.
For some individuals, support may focus primarily on physical health and lifestyle. For others, stress, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and life circumstances may also form an important part of the picture.
Where appropriate, practitioners within the clinic may work collaboratively to support more integrated outcomes.
