Gut Microbiome Analysis

Optimal Health starts in the Gut
“All disease starts in the gut” – Hippocrates, Greek Classical Father of Medicine, 431 BC
The idea that disease starts in the gut is now supported by scientific research that links the intestinal microbiome to many chronic inflammatory diseases. Long-term inflammation is thought to be a driving force behind many chronic metabolic diseases
The gut microbiome, in particular, plays a critical role in mediating the effects of diet and other factors on health, including digestive, immune, metabolic and neuroendocrine functions. Assessing GI health with the proper tools can help practitioners get to the root cause of chronic illness.
